Welcome to the ‘Edible Image’ based in central Birmingham, the Cotswolds and surrounding area.

Charlotte Doran Davies is a food and lifestyle photographer currently living and working in Warwickshire, UK.

Food is Charlotte’s joy in life, and she enjoys documenting the process of food from production to plate. As photography is the other love of her life she tells stories of our food and those who manufacture it through the ‘edible image’.

Nothing makes her happier than watching people cooking, tasting, selling and enjoying food as much as she does. Bustling farmers markets, artisan bakeries, restaurants, fruit, veg or cake stalls, or just trying out new recipes for friends, and taking edible images in her studio.

Charlotte's career began in catering, in hotel kitchens and restaurants and her interest in food photography began while training for a HND. For the last 5 years she’s worked as the in-house photographer for several companies, but her passion remains with the ‘edible image’.
